Pete the Pea has left his pod in Hudson, NY to embark upon the journey of a lifetime! He will accompany me in my studies of religion in Berlin. Every new experience and landmark we come across will be documented here. Although Berlin is our main destination for the next 4 months, we hope to make it to many other places in Europe as well. We don't know what great things await us or what challenges lie ahead but we are very excited to share them all with you! Not to mention how incredibly grateful we are that you are checking in on Pete, one pea out of the many on earth.

Last day in Copenhagen

Since I unexpectedly ate a Döner for Easter dinner. I got to wake up the next day to a wonderful lunch. All the food that I had bought to make on easter I was now eating for lunch. It was so delicious. I've actually started cooking more often because it was so good.
The subways were so big and were designed for bikers. The black things underneath the seats are for bike wheels. They hold bikes in place.
Our bus didn't leave until 10 at night. We hung out at a cafe and did our homework. I was way less productive than Gina and ended up having to write my paper on the bus.
Right before we went to the bus, I decided I needed food. It was a good idea. Yum. Sadly we didn't get around to tasting any Danish food. We did so many things, it was easier to just grab food and go.

Copenhagen was a very cool place. I would go back in a heartbeat!
